The Family Dip

We have a dip in our family called “The Family Dip” well that’s what I’m calling it at least. We also have one called “The Mexican Dip.” My mom is famous for that one though a 3 year old could put it together 😉 The one I’m sharing with you today is healthy and delicious and it’s probably why there are only 3 people in our family that will eat it! Who wants to eat a healthy dip if there are loads of other not so good options to snack on! I’m first in line trust me. However if your looking to bring something to a party where you know there will be at least one healthy snack to munch on, this is the one. Who cares if your the only one eating it! I know I know I’m not selling this dip very well am I? I’ll let you be the judge of it but if you like hummus, tabouleh, cucumbers and feta cheese than guess what??! You’ll love it!

Family Dip

Ingredients:

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (or homemade- I suggest Ruffles & Truffles Hummus, sounds amazing and I can’t wait to try it)
1 large cucumber
1 cup of tabouleh
3/4 cup of feta cheese
Crackers or tortilla chips for dippng

How to Assemble:

Spread the Hummus on the bottom of a serving dish. Next layer the tabouleh on top. Next layer the cucumbers and top with feta cheese. Serve with your favorite cracker or chip.

The beauty of this dip, besides it being healthy and fitting is you can really make it to whatever size you’d like to serve. The only one picture I have of was from a day where I made a snack for myself. Me. Myself. And I!!
