It’s that time of the year again!! Break out the beach chairs, light the tiki torches, break out the grill and pour yourself a drink (or two!!) I love going to our local Meat Market, they have great prices and awesome marinades. I always keep something from them on hand in the freezer but there is nothing like making your own marinade too!! Who is with me??? It’s easy and cheaper sometimes too! I love buying just plain Steak Strips, marinating them myself, then right before grilling them I cut them in half and there you go…….instant Steak Tips made my me personally. So here is one my family and I have tried recently that was a big hit!!
