N is for No Bake Bars

Yes you heard right, little treats you don’t even have to bake!! They are like homemade granola bars!! Click here for the actual recipe, Almond-Peanut Butter Bake Bars.

Spray 13 x 9 inch cake pan with cooking spray. In saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, brown sugar and cocoa. Cook over medium heat for 6 minutes, stirring often, or until smooth. 

Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in oatmeal, cereal, raisins, and peanuts. Press batter firmly into prepared pan.

Makes 32 servings. For a change, use dried cranberries or apricots instead of the raisins. We ate them all week!!

My hubby eats at least 2 granola bars a day!
