P is for Parmesan Pork

Of course “P” is for “P”ork, this momma loves pork! I’ve made this recipe before however I made it again last night and everytime I make it, it’s yummier! Plus I finally found a different cut pork chop that was lower in fat! YAY!!! I highly recommend this one!

Ingredients:

4 Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 Cup of Reduced Fat shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup wheat bread crumbs
1/2 Cup of skim milk
S&P to taste
Garlic Powder to taste

Directions:

Mix Bread Crumbs, parmesan cheese, S&P and garlic powder together and pour on a flat plate.
Pour the milk into a bowl. Dunk a porkchop into the milk and cover it in the bread crumb mixture.
Press firmly all over the porkchop to push the cheese and seasonings into it. Coat and press as much as you’d like.
Place into a greased baking dish and bake it in a preheated oven for 10 min at 350F then flip the pork chops and cook for another 10-12 min.
Can you say OMG yumminess!! Oh my flavorful porkchop!! I served this Momma’s Mashed Cauliflower and roasted broccoli. I’m tell you……..great meal!

YUMMO!
