Ham & Cheese Chicken

I made this recipe up. Some people like Chicken Cordon Bleau and some don’t, I’ve never made it before believe it or not, I found this recipe from a fellow blogger, she managed to change her life and lost 135 lbs!! Wow what inspiration! I found this recipe but tweaked it because I knew their was a healthier way of making it. I made it with chicken cutlets because I thought it would be easier than worrying about butterflying a chicken breast or rolling it (I’ve always been able to roll it) But once you cut into them they fall apart anyways, the chicken, ham and cheese go to the same place right! Right in myyyy belly!! The nutritional value is an estimate, I’ve used the counter on www.everydayhealth.com.
