Garlic Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders

I needed something quick to throw together last night. Wednesdays I make a vow to spend the whole entire day with just Maddie, no laundry, no dishes, no cooking (besides the neccessary of course) I usually pick somewhere to go in the morning we have fun, wear each other and with any hope, a two hour nap so mommy can shower, check in with you wonderful followers and get dinner set up!

Here is what I came up with! Anyone that knows me knows that I love honey mustard, garlic and chicken!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. of minced garlic
3/4 Cup of honey mustard, divided
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 pd. of chicken tenders**

What to do:

Pour 1/2 cup honey mustard into the crock pot.

Followed by the garlic and soy sauce.

Mix to combine.

Place the chicken on top of the mixture and press it around to get the mustard to cover the chicken.

Add the rest of the mustard on top of the chicken and spread all over.

Cook on low for 2-3 hours. ** It doesn’t need to be cooked long because they are chicken tenders and they cook really fast. If you use chicken breasts you may need to increase the ingredients a bit.

Who doesn’t love honey mustard, it’s like the recipe dipping is all done for you!!

Served here with Momma’s Vegetable Risotto. This is an awesome combination!
