Looking for something light to serve with a nice steak? Or a healthy summer side dish to have with your burger? This is the dish for you then. It’s easy, it’s different and it’s fun to eat!
What you need:
3 Zucchini
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
What to do:
Using a julienne peeler, scrape the zucchini until you get to the seeds of each zucchini. If you don’t have one, try using just a regular vegetable peeler, they will come out more like ribbons but it’s all the same!
Toss in a bowl with salt, pepper and olive oil (or whatever seasoning you like, I sometimes use a Italian blend). Saute in a pan for about 10 minutes tossing every few minutes, you really want to cook it to you liking some people like a crunch, some don’t.
It’s a great way to change up zucchini! We have it a lot during the summer so I love making it different!
Oh I have always wanted to try this, and I asked for a peeler to do it for Christmas! Now I have a recipe! Thanks for sharing, this will make a lovely change to my usual pasta! Thanks for sharing 🙂
Thanks for stopping by Tina! It was fun and yummy can’t go wrong with that, I use the tool a lot more than I thought I would LOL! Enjoy!
