Heya guys! Wow the ideas are running through my head. I laid in bed last night flipping through all my magazines, Parents, Food Network, Cooking Light, Oxygen, all the ones I could get my hands on marking the ones I want to share with all of you. Then I started coming up with all these ideas! How about 10 nights of Crocking!!!!! The week after Thanksgiving I’m going to cook a meal a night in my crockpot for 10 straight nights! Seems easy right, but I want to try and make it a whole dinner in the crock not just the meat or side dish. I’d love for someone else to do the challenge with me! It would be fun to compare and share! Anyone?? Then I came up with the idea of a different section called “Family Meals” that section will be only for a complete family meal, this would include a meat, veggie and starch for the whole family! That way if someone is looking for something quick instead of looking up a meat and then the side dishes to go with it, alot of my meals go with side dishes so I think I’ll be venturing into that as well. Ok so here is the agenda folks:
1.) Organize the site better, more specific.
2.) Add more Crockpot and Kiddy meals.
3.) Add an Allergy section.
4.) Add challenges. #1 being the 10 day Crock Challenge!
5.) Add “Family Meals” into their own section.
6.) Add more pictures, links, tips, and more design!!
If anyone has any recommendations I’d love to hear them. So many plans for this momma for 2012, including actually making some money from blogging!!
Well Maddie has been fighting naps all week, and the week before that, some days she has them some days she don’t so today we headed to Babysrus, Hobby Lobby and then Hannaford’s! Busy day! I cooked “Melt In Your Mouth Pork Tenderloin” in the Crock, I tried a new recipe called “Roasted Asparagus & Dijon Vinaigarette” and served it over Jasmine Rice (my new favorite rice!!) Check it out and tell me what you think!!
