This recipe came from my best friend Shelby and it was great, just a way to spark up your green beans and make them a bit tastier. I’m interested in my mom and sisters opinions on this one since green beans has always been a usual in our home so tomorrow when I cook dinner I’m making them for my sister since she’ll be joining us 🙂 They were YUMMY!!
Ingredients:
3/4 bag of frozen green beans
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp of Minced Garlic
1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1/3 cup of olive oil (we used vegetable oil)
Directions:
Use a bit of the oil and saute onions to your desired temp, I like my onions super soft like my friend so we sauted until they were quite see through. Half way through add the minced Garlic.
Add green beans, rest of the oil, Garlic Powder, salt and pepper to taste and stir, staute for a few more minutes and serve!!
