I’ve been holding this one back for quite awhile now……..don’t be mad. It’s worth the wait trust me. I’m addicted to making my own dressings! This Cilantro Avocado Dressing is healthy and delicious! I loved it even more when I knew how guiltless it was!! OK no more holding back here we go! I don’t think I’ll ever buy another bottle of dressing again. INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 3/4 cup packed fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, quartered
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Place avocado, cilantro, yogurt, scallions, garlic, lime juice, sugar and salt in a blender; blend until smooth.
