Here is another summer beauty for you!! This had just the right taste to it. Simple but good. Did you know that I probably haven’t had the same salad more than twice LOL!! I go on a kick of a certain one every now and again but other than that I always change it up!
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Fresh Spinach
5 pieces of cooked bacon (I used pre-cooked bacon it’s low on calories and fat)
1 Tomato, chopped
Feta Cheese
Chicken Breast
Chipolte Seasoning
Light Balsamic Dressing
What To Do:
I had a little bit of frozen chicken breast leftover, so why not put it together to make an awesome salad. I warmed the chicken and sprinkled the Chipolte seasoning on as I warmed it (use what you like)
Meanwhile, pour the spinach into a bowl, cook the bacon. (I use the microwave). Chop up the tomato, once the bacon is touchable, chop it up and add to the salad. Top with Feta and the cooked chicken. Top with dressing.
I love just adding my favorite things into a salad and sharing them.
The subject of this week’s Food on Friday on Carole’s Chatter is Salad. It would be great if you linked this in. This is the link .
Great that you linked in. I am shooting for getting over 70 salad links! A great source of inspiration.
Have a good week.
