This is my new addiction. A serious addiction. It’s creamy, crunchy and filling!! I found this Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese a few months back, it has the lowest fat and calories of any kind of cream cheese or butter I’ve found, I do not feel guilty eating this stuff, some days I am strict and have half a serving and some days I’m bad and I have the full 2 tablespoons. I know, the rebel that I am huh! If you love avocado’s this is your breakfast dish! Or snack….or lunch!
Ingredients:
1-2 tbsp of greek yogurt cream cheese (if you can’t find it use low fat cream cheese)
2 slices of whole wheat or low carb bread
1/2 avocado
1/2 tomato, diced
Pepper
What to do:
Toast your bread, layer it with the cream cheese, top with avocado and tomato, sprinkle with pepper……….oh and ENJOY!
This would seriously become a new addiction for me too! The avocados creamed onto the warm toast must be heavenly good! Great idea!
